- Go to AppSheet ( https://about.appsheet.com/home/)
- Click on Start with a template
- Specify a name and Select “Planning & Project Management” Under Category
- From the Templates select ” Kanban Board”
- Your Kanban board app will be created and ready to use
How to Create a Kanban Board app with AppSheet: Step by Step Guide
Enclosed are the steps to create a Kanban Board app with AppSheet :
Step 1: Go to AppSheet ( https://about.appsheet.com/home/)
Go to AppSheet and log in with your Google, Microsoft, or any other account.
Step 2: Click on Start with a template
Once you are logged in to AppSheet, you will get the option to either start with your own data, Start with an idea or start with a template
Choose “Start with a template”
Step 3: Specify a name and Select “Planning & Project Management” Under Category
Once you select Start with a template a new window will pop-up
Here you can specify the name of the app.
Change the Category and Select “Planning & Project Management” from the drop-down
Step 4: From the Templates select ” Kanban Board”
Now scroll down and Select the kanban board under templates.
You will get a message “We’re setting up your new app”
Voila, your Kanban Board app is ready 🙂. Wasn’t that a Cakewalk
You can customize the app by clicking on “Customize your app” .To open the data source click on Open data source.
You can add a new table by clicking on the New table with a plus sign
In the following kanban board, we have 3 statuses Not Started, In Progress, and Complete
To add a new Project Click on “New Project”
To see the upcoming Project Schedule you can click on Calendar as shown below.
