How to fix the issue .
#Try to find out the process which is causing the issue.
We need to identify the process which is causing this issue. On your keyboard press (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) simultaneously which will open the task Manager.
In the below screenshot you can see the processes which are consuming more CPU.
For example if Google Chrome is consuming more than 90% of the CPU .Try to end the process .
Select the process ,right click on your mouse and select End Task
Note : In case of any other process which is not familiar try to google the process and see what it does .
# Disable SysMain feature to improve performance
(Previous it was called SuperFetch .However Microsoft has renamed it to SysMain
SysMain consumes a lot of resources. Before you even click on the launch button, it knows more about the applications you use and prepares them for you. This is a significant task for your computer, and it may trigger CPU overload.
To see if SysMain (or another service) is consuming more CPU, open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape). Under Windows processes, you will find SysMain service
Once you are sure it is consuming more CPU. You can either end the task for the time being.
Later if you find the same behavior .Follow the below steps to disable the service.

Try to disable startup applications
It’s likely that a third-party program you have installed on your machine is causing CPU use issues. In this scenario, we suggest turning off all non-Microsoft startup processes and then checking each one individually to determine which one is causing your CPU consumption to spike so high.
The following steps will show you how to disable startup applications in Windows 10.
- Press Windows +R key on your keyboard which will open a Run window
- Type “msconfig”
3. Go to Startup and select Open Task manager
or On your keyboard press (Ctrl + Shift + Escape ) keys which will open the task Manager
4.Try to disable Non-Microsoft applications which is not required during startup
Your machine can now start up without any third-party apps starting up with it. This allows you to check if your CPU utilization has returned to normal.
If you’ve observed a decrease in CPU use, it’s very likely that one of those applications is to blame. Re-enable some apps and see if your CPU stays stable before you find the source of the problem.
