Before inserting Google Sheet into Google Slide you need to prepare your data in Google Sheet that you want to insert. One thing to keep in mind while preparing that data in Google Sheet is the formatting such as fonts, colors border fill because the formatting will also be copied.
To insert Google Sheet to Google Slide follow the below steps :
Step 1: Open the Google Sheet with data that you want to insert into Google Slide.
Step 2: Select the data that you want to copy from your spreadsheet.
Click on any cell inside the dataset and then press the CTRL+A key.
Step 3: Go to the Edit menu and select Copy from the drop-down, Edit->Copy
You can also use the Keyboard Shortcut CTRL+C on your Windows PC or CMD+C on Mac OS.
Step 4: Open the Google Slide where you need to insert data from Google Sheet.
Step 5: Select a Slide and Click on the Edit menu->Paste
- Now select a slide where you need to insert the data and click on the Edit menu on the Main menu bar.
- Now Click on the Paste option from the drop-down
You can also use the Keyboard Shortcut CTRL+V on your Windows or CMD+V on your Mac OS to paste the prepared data from Google Spreadsheet.
Step 6: The prepared dataset will be inserted into Google Slide.
You can adjust the position and size of the dataset/table as per your requirement by dragging the corners of the table.
