- Select the image and Go to the Format menu.
- From the Format menu drop-down Select “Format Option”
- Expand the Adjustment option under the Format options screen
- Now to change the transparency slide the slider toward the right or left under “Transparency“.

Step 1: Open Google Slides
Step 2: Select the image and Go to the Format menu.
After Selection the image, click on the Format menu on the Main menu bar
Step 3: From the Format menu drop-down Select “Format Option“
You can also find the “Format options” with a right-click on the image.
Step 4: Expand the Adjustment option under the Format options screen.
- Once you click on Format options, you will see the Format options screen on the right side of Google Slide.
- Expand the “Adjustment” option by clicking on the right arrow sign as shown below
Step 5: Now to change the transparency slide the slider toward the right or left under “Transparency“
Depending on your requirement you can adjust the transparency.
In the below example we have increased the transparency to 97 percent.
