  • Your card might be inactive or blocked
  • Your credit card company isn’t accepted in your nation or region.

After doing the above steps, if you still face the issue. Try performing the below steps

  • Try to use the incognito mode (Private Browsing) on your browser .
  • Try another browser such as Mozilla firefox,Microsoft Edge,Brave etc.
  • Clean your browsing history and clean your browser cache.
  • Use any other credit card which you have not used earlier to sign-up for Microsoft Azure Subscription.
  • Use the incognito window for your browser and try the same process again.
