Here are the steps to Randomize a List in Google Sheets :
Step 1 :
Open Google Sheets with an existing list of data or create a new list.
In this example, we will use the below list.

Step 2 :
- Choose the range which you want to randomize without selecting the header.
- You need to select a minimum of two rows as randomization will be done based on rows . You can select any number of Columns.

Step 3 :
Go to the Data menu on the Main menu bar and Select “Randomise range” as shown below

Step 4 :
The rows which you have selected will be sorted in a random manner. Keep in mind if there are any blank rows it will be moved to the end of the list.

Step 5 :
If you need to generate another random list simply choose the data-> to randomize range option again-
