Open Google Chrome Browser
Click on the three vertical dots on the top right corner of your Browser
Select Settings from the drop-down options.
Go to Search Engine Options under Settings
Choose the desired browser under the Search engine used in the address bar option
Now Click on the option Manage Search Engine.
Remove Bing under Manage Search engines and site search.
Remove Bing from the default home page
Exit the Browser

Open Google Chrome Browser

Click on the three vertical dots also known as the Hamburger menu on the top right corner of your Chrome Browser.

Click on the Search Engine option under Settings

Remove Bing from the default home page

If it is set as the default home page remove the web URL and Choose New Tab Page

Exit the Browser

Click on the three vertical dots on the top corner of the browser again and Select Exit from the drop-down options to close the browser
