- Under File Menu drop-down scroll down and select Page setup.
Step 3: Adjust the margin size.
On the Page Setup screen, under Pages Tab Go to Margin(centimeters) and reduce the Bottom size to 0.5

Follow the below steps to Adjust the Header format.
Step 1: Go to Header
Click the Insert menu on the Main menu toolbar.
Under Insert menu drop-down select Header and footer and click on Header

- Under options Click on Header format
Step 3: Adjust the footer margin.
Once you click on Header format. A new Header and footers settings window will pop up.
Adjust the footer margin to 0. As a result, the header and footer will not conflict with the margins you specify in the Page Setup.
