Chrome Update PC
This tutorial will walk you through the upgrade steps of your Google Chrome web browser.
Unless you disable it, Chrome will search for updates every couple of hours and update itself automatically, but here’s how to tell Chrome to update itself manually.
Chrome Update PC: How to update Chrome
- Click menu (three dots) > Help > About Google Chrome in Chrome.
- You will reach the About Google Chrome Page.
Chrome will check for the latest available updates, download them, and will update the browser
After the update has finished installing, click “Relaunch” to complete the update process.
Note: Try to save your work. Chrome reopens any tabs that were open prior to the relaunch, but none of the data in them is saved.
