Step 3: Ensure you specify the correct name of the collaborator.

Step 4: After typing the sentence,Google docs will automatically identify the person to whom this task needs to assigned and auto-suggest on right side of your document.

Step 5: Verify the message which pops up in the comment box.Adjust the message by clicking on the three-dotted icon and choosing Edit option if required .

Step 6: Once you are finished editing ,click on the “Assign” button.
