How to Download a Google Document without comments : Step by Step Guide
Option A : By Marking the comments as Resolved
Step 1: Open Google docs with comments
Open your Google docs document with comments that you want to download.
In the below example we have 3 Sample comments and we will try to download this Google doc without comments.
Step 2: Mark the comments as Resolved.
- Hover the mouse cursor on top of the right sign as shown below.
- You will see the message ” Mark as resolved and hide discussion”
- Simply click on it to Marsk as resolved and hide.
Once you click on the right sign the comment will disappear. Similarly, mark the comments in your Google docs document as Resolved.
Now you can download or export the document and it will not have any comments.
Option B : By creating a Copy of your Google docs document.
Go to the File menu to make a copy .
Click on the File menu ->Make a Copy.
Click OK
A copy of your document will be created without Comments.
